One-on-one coaching sessions are designed around your unique needs, goals, and physical history—whether you’re new to strength training, coming back from injury, or looking to perform at a higher level. We train with intent, emphasizing functional strength, movement quality, and long-term resilience. You’ll have my full attention, every rep, every session.

Semi-private sessions offer the perfect balance of personal coaching and group energy. Train alongside a friend or relative, each of you following a customized program tailored to your goals and abilities. You still get individualized attention, but with the added energy, camaraderie, and motivation of a shared space. This is smart, progressive training in a supportive environment.

Whether you train at home, in a gym, or need a flexible structure that fits your life, my remote coaching provides clear, structured guidance combined with personalized 1:1 support and accountability. Along with movement and strategy, you’ll receive nutritional guidance and habit modification support designed to help you build lasting progress. Because everyone’s starting point is unique, I recommend beginning with a consultation so we can map out the right path forward—together.
