INTRO TO FITNESS COURSE: 

$150/3 Introductory Private Sessions

Perfect for any beginner, this brief, 3-week series will include an individual assessment and provide you with the knowledge & basic movement skills you need to participate in any fitness program (supervised or on your own) more safely and confidently. *Highly recommended as a pre-requisite for individuals with little or no experience with exercise. 

ONLINE TRAINING

$129/month

Great option for motivated individuals who can't afford private training or don't need as much guidance but still want/need the structure, direction and accountability Coach Jen can provide. Includes a monthly workout program delivered via app, 24hr direct access to Jen via app-based messaging center, regular check ins, nutrition guidance and weekly presentations delivered to offer deeper insights on all health & fitness related topics. With this program you have the most flexibility and can start seeing the improvements you're after, at your own pace, in as little as 3 hours/week!

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING:

$258/month (2x/week)

Train in-person with Coach Jen in a small group (of up to 4 people) performing workouts that are programmed monthly and modified to suit your current experience and ability level. All workouts will focus on full body strength and endurance. Times and spaces are very limited so please inquire directly for more information. 

PRIVATE TRAINING:

$85/60m session

Train one-on-one with Coach Jen to receive more individual attention related to specific goals or personal needs. Times and spaces are limited so please inquire directly for more information.
