About Coach Jen

Number 1: I didn’t start out as a "fitness person".

When I found my way to fitness, I wasn't coming from an athletic background and had never participated in any sort of structured fitness routine. I was just a busy single mom of three, juggling life in her late 30s—tired, unhealthy, hungry for something more—who made the simple decision to take better care of herself. What started as a small step turned into a whole new chapter. Movement became my entry point, and my body changed dramatically—but so did things I wasn’t expecting: my mindset, my habits, and how I showed up in my life. Fitness became my catalyst for confidence, growth, and purpose—and eventually, for helping others find that same spark.

Over the past decade plus, I’ve earned national certifications in personal training, orthopedic exercise, nutrition coaching, and functional strength. But honestly? The piece I lean on most is lived experience. I know what it’s like to start from scratch. I know how it feels to come back to your body after time away—maybe with some hesitation, maybe carrying a few battle scars. I’ve been there. I’ve worked through injury, surgery (including a full hip replacement), and the long, humbling road of rebuilding from the ground up. That journey shaped how I coach—with empathy, patience, and a whole lot of real talk.

My approach emphasizes more than just smart, intentional movement—it’s about sustainable behavior change, mindset shifts, and aligning your lifestyle with the goals that actually matter to you. Because real transformation doesn’t come from workouts alone. It comes from doing the deeper work—how you think, how you fuel and care for yourself, how you recover, and how your daily habits either support or stall your progress. Yes, I teach people how to navigate workouts and help people reach their aesthetic goals—but working with me is about so much more than that. It’s about creating a sustainable fitness plan that supports your health, confidence, and quality of life for years to come.

Whether you’re brand new to this work, returning after a break, or navigating life after injury or burnout, I’m here to meet you exactly where you are. If you’re ready to move better, live fuller, and feel grounded in your body and your choices—I’d be honored to walk with you.
